I love this Chocolate protein powder! First off and most importantly, it's the first protein powder that doesn't mess with my stomach. YAY no more bloating! Also, it mixes really well just make sure you use a mini whisk/frother or shake very well. I, personally, do not think this is chalky nor does my husband and we're both pretty picky. I can add it to anything... water, milk, smoothies, overnight oats, baking, etc! The taste is delicious however I'm not a stevia user, I prefer monk fruit, so I could definitely taste the stevia sweetener. I find just adding more liquid helps dilute the stevia taste. But as I'm drinking it every day I'm getting used to the taste. Now I'm finally getting the proper amount of protein daily! I do all of Katie's morning routines and I feel amazing! I also have had some Thyroid health issues over the last 6 months so finding LSF and all the videos have helped so much! If you're sitting there debating whether to try this protein powder... pick your favorite flavor and do it! You will not regret it!
