Delighted with this heater. Looked for ages for a realistic looking electric woodburner. Wanted to buy a UK manufactured product. Found the Broseley (British made) range. Solid black cast iron. Looks so good and the most realistic one I’ve found that’s not “optimist’ (didn’t want to mess about with replacing the parts every 12mnth). Not put the mock flue on yet but when I do it’ll look even better. Customer service was good at Direct Stoves as after was delivered I phoned for advice, spoke directly with a real person and they were very helpful. Was expensive choice but looks fantastic. Love it!
