The quality of this shifter is phenomenal! I'm very impressed with this shift knob. At first I thought I was missing parts for the shift knob, but turns out this is an updated version of the shift knob which has a screw on the back side and you thighten it with the provided allen wrench to secure it in place. In the video it shows that it comes with a threaded adapter, but probably is the older version. This could be updated on the page because I was a little dissapointed when I got the package thinking that I was missing parts, I think it should be listed as an updated version and specify the package contents so nobody gets confused. Aside from that everything went smoothly with the installation and its pretty easy to do. It really gives a more professional look and feel compared to the stock shift knob and the added weight makes it even better. I love it and absolutely recommend it! Note: The shift knob does sit lower than stock. I've gotten used to it. Unfortunately UroTuning does not sell an adapter at the moment to adjust the height. But feels great nonetheless!
