Was looking for an all natural energy gel that worked. Sun River delivered. It tastes good, it's easy on the stomach,it's Canadian, and it works for me. This was my go to gel for the Victoria 1/2 marathon. It will be my gel for Ucluelet Edge to Edge 1/2 marathon and the California Ironman. Thank Sun River for a quality product.
