The sign arrived promptly and looked great except that a small part had come “undone”. I reached out immediately to customer service who replied that it was an easy fix and instructed how to bend it back into place. I have not installed the light yet (although when plugged in it glows perfectly) as I haven’t been able to get the light to bend back into place yet.
