I inquired about the custom neon sign and I sent the design. We mostly communicated through email and the payment was done through PayPal. It took about 2 weeks to receive updates on the mock ups, videos of the the product and set up before shipping.
In total, it took about 3 weeks from payment to delivery.
Product arrived with decent packaging and no damages. Set up was super easy.”

“At first I would’ve given this place five stars. They did great on the art and it looked exactly like I wanted. Unfortunately I’m about six months in and the light stopped working. I’m sure it’s an easy fix but unfortunately every time I call customer service they transferred me to a voicemail box. They say 24 hours Customer Service but it’s outsourced and nobody that picks up knows how to help me. I’ve emailed at least 10 times and have not gotten any response from anybody on the team. Highly disappointed they’re supposed to be a warranty on this but I can’t get a hold of anybody to help me out. If neon champ sees this please call me at 813-382-2637”

When received I didn’t get either hardware so I emailed after waiting days for a response I got told it was going to be refunded & sent out as good faith so my experience started to get better but now it’s been 3 months I’ve reached out again only to be told I wasn’t getting it as I was refunded & then I was told I was going to get it then I was told I wasn’t

“I ordered last year & received my light I loved it, but it arrived without the sign hanging kit & wall mount one hardware included free & I paid for the other hardware.
As soon as it arrived I emailed regarding the missing items & then they offered me a refund & I said I prefer to just get what I ordered instead of a refund, after a week of trying to get in touch to follow up I got a reply saying we have refunded you & also will be sending the two hardwares.
It’s now February & I followed up again to where my hardware was & I received “we refunded you” I then responded a screenshot of the email in December stating the hardware was going to be sent to me. I am now not receiving any responses from this company. They’re difficult to get ahold of, they clearly do not care about their paying customers or rectifying issues. I’m so disappointed. This experience has been horrible & I wouldn’t recommend this company.”
