Very poor workmanship. It appears as if a grade school child cut glue sticks up to make the sign. Wires hangs all over and company refuses to do anything about it

No notification of delays for delivery. Delivery finally shipped a week and a half after the event. Customer service very slow to respond and unable to provide timely updates regarding my delays or inquiries about cancelation. When I finally heard back from customer service, I was informed they would be unable to cancel my order and recieved a less than satisfactory 10% refund for the delays. I will not be ordering from Neon Champ in the future.

I encountered an issue with my neon sign less than a year after purchase in which it stopped lighting up altogether. I reached out to NeonChamp for assistance and they walked me through troubleshooting, including sending them a video of what was (or wasn't) happening. After going back and forth through the steps via email, they determined it was the power supply itself and shipped a new one out. Very happy that the sign is back up and working again. My thanks go out to Harper and the Customer support team.

10/10. Order this custom sign for our business, quality and craftsmanship was great, especially for the price! Very few imperfections which were cleaned easily. Shipping was fast, delivered to NB, Canada for free. Highly recommend NeonChamp for their service!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM THESE F***ERS ARE SCAMMERS. On their map it shows they are here in the USA but that is a scam. I looked it up on google maps and their business is DEFINITELY NOT located in the USA. I’ve been waiting for my sign for over 1 month. I only get automatic responses via email from customer support. I spent almost $400 with these Indian scammers and i guarantee i will never receive my sign. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Was a little concerned after reading some reviews but wow what amazing value and quality for money. Complete custom made light ordered and delivered in 3 weeks. I messaged a couple of times and got same day replies letting me know how far along the order was. Packaging was exceptional, took me 25 mins to get it opened and unwrapped. Much much bigger than expected but thank you for such a high quality low cost additional to my kitchen! Would 100% recommend and will defo use again, just be mindful that shipping was 5 days as advertised (3-5 days) but it took over 2 weeks to make.

Ordered sign it arrived looked good, however the word Drunk lights up like Drunle, customer service said it was my fault for picking the font that i did, they also claimed they sent me a proof of the sign before and after order was placed, no such proof was recieved , if you like to waste your money buy from this company they offered to remake my sign in a different font then quickly changed their minds and offered me 10% off instead , an absolute joke of a company

Absolutely terrible custmer service, production time, response time (i.e. received one response ten days after my first email), requested to cancel and was ignored, placed order on 9/5 and was initially supposed to arrive 9/15 .... it is now 9/30 and I still have not received my order. HA! And apparently I still have to pay for this order despite no longer needing it (this order was a special order for a client of mine that had verbiage I can not use in my own line of business i.e. Neon Sign was specific to their brand name, etc.). I mean .. the list goes on. This is not a trustworthy company. I feel that perhaps I will never receive my order despite paying for it and I am actually concerned that this is not a real company at all. As far as I am concerned this is a scam and an illegal company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I have ordered over 2 weeks ago and submitted a query as I had not received any correspondence. Order says 7-day turnaround so I queried this. Would be ok if they at least provided tracking or answered me, but no response! Save your money and go elsewhere. Pay the extra for better service because the service here is not great. Will be posting this review on bridal forums, google and anything else to warn others and will be disputing with my bank. .

My orders Nc172529087455 and nc172489519491 were placed on 8/28 and 9/2 and I am still waiting and I can not reach any person that will help me, I did a chat, emails and all emails are auto generated, during one chat I was assured I would have my items by 9/25 in time for my event, I've called multiple times and call times out and goes to voice mail. I am very disappointed with your service and still no signs

Sign appears to be nice, however i am unable to because i did not get the other half of the power cord. I also did not get my mounting hardware that i ordered. I am trying to contavt customer service but now been on hold for just over 10 minutes and counting..... i hope they will eventually answer the phone and help make this right.

I ordered on 5th sept and I paid with my card and it said it was unsuccessful. I then used PayPal with same card details and it went through. I noticed the following day both payments went out. I have been told on online chat 2 times that someone will reply to my emails within 24hours and I’m still waiting to hear anything. Apparently it’s been sent to the ‘concerns team’ 5 days ago. Terrible customer service
