The light functions just fine, great brightness and illuminance however the tropical green color is not a digital photo realistic representation of the actual color. That particular color looks more teal blue then green online however in reality it is a flat true green color. I would advise if your looking to purchasing that color thinking it will look teal, do not buy that color.

I had complained that this company sent my someone else's sign. It did ruin Christmas--- and I wondered whether they would do anything in response? Well-- They responded, and made me another sign and sent it to me at no additional cost. The corrected sign was exactly as represented--and the packaging was extremely sturdy, which is good because it came all the way from India, where it was custom made. I still took off 1 star because they are more "optimistic" about delivery timing. I barely got the incorrect sign by Christmas. (And it WAS the wrong sign...) The replacement sign took another 3+ weeks. Still, they did correct their mistake with absolutely no question once they realized what had happened. So they should replace my single star with this revised review. Thanks for your help.

Bought for my granddaughter. She loves it. It was missing a piece( the cover on the tittle. They have sent a replacement piece. I do not know how it fit. My Daughter has not let me know. This is an interesting piece of wall art.

Easy checkout. they provided updates with a video during the custom creation. product was wonderful when recieved. wires are a bit bulky, but works wonderful. mounting to the wall was easy.

I recently purchased a fantastic sign as a Christmas present for my husband Don who has his own triathlon and multisport team B-Fit Racers. Absolutely perfect! Lots of modes and brightness functions to choose from. NeonChamp provided detailed proofs and once made sent a video showing me the sign prior to delivery. My sign doesn’t work. The “team” is reviewing the request video I had to make showing it didn’t work for the last 4 week days, and 1 weekend day and I have yet to hear resolution, but keep receiving emails to buy more or write a review. I’ll try the video here too a response would be nice.

Ordered on Dec. 8 with a "arrive by Christmas guarantee", which is why I chose this company. My sign was supposed to be here on the 21st- it's now the 29th and my order is still showing "in production". Customer service reps have been anything but helpful. I still don't have my sign.

Canvas Champ agreed to make a neon sign for me but instead of showing me a proof, they manufactured a product that does not match what was represented on their design tool. Namely, a dot on the letter “i,” which is not a dot on the finished product. When I brought his to their attention, they claimed that a dot cannot be made on neon signs, contrary to a minimum of seven signs on their website in addition to the design tool I used, which represented as a dot. I requested they make me what I ordered as I ordered it or cancel and refund. They said that wasn’t possible because I “approved the shipment” after they falsely claimed that there would be a 50% charge to cancel even though that is not in their Terms and Conditions. https://www.neonchamp.com/ They also have claimed “We have shipped the order with your confirmation and the order is already in transit so we cannot do anything now. Carson +1 404- 445-7864,” but even as of this writing, I have received no tracking information.
