Can someone please respond to me? I have emailed, sent a Facebook message and tried calling. I paid for my order and have not received an order confirmation. I have called and a representative advised there was no order placed and that I need to pay again which I am not doing. The money has cleared out of my account. Give me my money back

The power supply that was provided with the sign caught on fire when I plugged it in. They did send a new one. The sign itself was very impressive and well made.

The team here has been great, however my sign is stuck in transient. This is a special sign for us to launch our holiday activation. I've gotten no where with FEDEX. Very unfortunate as we were very excited to have this neon sign for our holiday activation

I couldn't even make an order ($700) without issue. I had to talk t 3 separate people who couldn't find my inquiry even though I had been working with them for 10 days over email. They just kept telling me to pay using a sketchy link. They say their based in Toronto but over the phone I was told India by one person, USA by another and lastly Toronto. This is a scam. Not to mention they called me every single day since I opened my inquiry to make me pay.

If you need by a certain date DO NOT FALL for their false advertising. Product is made abroad and because of that suffers lengthy delivery times.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Have no regrets about my purchase from NeonChamp. We were looking to redo a wall in our Student Room at church. Wanted to purchase a sign with our motto "You Belong Here". I thought a custom neon sign would have been outside of our budget, and it certainly was from several *other* custom neon sign websites. But Neonchamp provided the size sign we needed squarely within our budget. (in fact, was much cheaper than any other online option I found) Customer service and communication with the company was terrific -- sent pictures and a video of our sign before it shipped, showing how to hang it, power it, and control the sign lighting functions. The shipping took a little time (came from India), but was well-packaged and had no issues upon arrival. Installation was a breeze too. The sign looks clean, well-made, and WOW is the thing bright. Good thing we can adjust the brightness level! Thank you NeonChamp for helping a small-town church brighten up a boring space!

What a MESS - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - the two items I ordered came separately - separately from the cords and the remote. Fed ex returned the cords for some reason. I called Neon Champ and said it was urgent that I got them replaced as i was using them for or an upcoming trade show. They said someone would call me to sort it out. I called twice and still n ever got a reply. They said they don’t over night items. They have 300 orders a day - I said at this moment the 299 orders are unimportant to me. I had to spend 85$ to get the plugs required and a replacement remote to get the one to work.

NeonChamp did a great job with the neon sign for our wedding! Carefully crafted, carefully shipped for an on-time arrival. The company was in touch with us with a video preview using our new sign of how to turn it on and what it looks like. It was easy to hang and our guests loved it!

This neon sign is a Christmas present, so it has yet to be hung in its spot on the wall of our sports bar. However, the process of designing and ordering the neon sign was made easy by your excellent website. But perhaps the best (and unexpected) feature of the ordering process was the video you sent of the finished product lit up and working with all its accessories. So even before the package is opened I know what a great product I have received. And coming from overseas, the delivery took a bit longer but there was no hurry for the product. And the shipping was free and the price was great! Thank you for your amazing neon sign produce.
