“Do not order from this company. First, the sign took nearly a month to get to me. I had to contact their deplorable customer service several times. When the sign arrived, it was not what I wanted. It did not match the proof (the words are very far apart). When I contacted the company again via email (because the chat function leads you nowhere, except to email their customer service), they told me that the sign matched the proof and have offered no resolution. Even writing this review, their questions aren't honest. You cannot select live chat and email. I tried calling but they didn't answer after 20 minutes on hold. Absolutely do not use this company. I doubt they will even publish this review.”

“Long story short, prior to ordering from NeonChamp I double checked if the sign would work with my low voltage system for my backyard lights, in which my system met the requirements. I was not told this would void the warranty of the sign. I paid over $500 for a sign that only lasted 9 months (paid extra to ensure it was outdoor compatible for Canadian winters). After the sign not being used much over the winter months, I turned on the sign the following spring to notice, one the light is no longer the colour we picked which was pink (colour changed to white) and one of the letters no longer works. NeonChamp were quick to dismiss any responsibility and told us because we hardwired the system that it voided the warranty. We were not told this when I enquired prior to ordering. We will be taking legal action as I have the communication from their staff.
Please do not order from this company as they take no responsibility of the poor quality of the signs they manufacture.”

“Let us start with the positives. I gave my order to my friend as a gift and he absolutely loved it. He shared a video on Facebook and it received a lot of praise, so thank you for your excellment craftsmanship. The way it was packaged to ship from India to get to my home in Virginia could not have been wrapped any safer unless it came in a metal container. It took me quite a while to get to the actual sign because of all the layers of packaging. Great job.
So let us discuss what happened after the purchase. It clearly stated in the email and on the website that it would be shipped in 4-5 days. I purchased it on April 18th. When I received no tracking information after 2 weeks, I called customer service on April 29th and they told me it was supposed to arrive on May 6th. Not only did it not arrive then, it was not shipped until May 13th, almost a month after purchase. I had called up a second time before it was shipped to ask why it was not sent out yet, and I received no answers. The website is also misleading, with calling yourselves NeonChamp, USA, you would think you are from the United States. The first time I realized your company was based in India was the email I received on May 13th saying it was being shipped. So, in a nutshell, buying on April 18th for a shipment to go out in 4-5 days, for a gift that I needed on May 4th is reasonable to surmise that I would have my gift in time, right? I am quite happy with the end product because my friend is happy, but being misled by your company is not good customer service. I am giving you a 4 out of 5 because of the product which probably deserves a 5 out of 5, but the customer service and misleading marketing would be a 1 out of 5. You guys need to do better by your customers. Another friend saw the video my friend posted with your sign and she wanted one too, but I had to tell her the truth about the customer service. I gave her your website though and left the decision for her to make.”

“Total waste of time.
Offered to make a sign for an OUTRAGEOUS price.
Literally 4x any other bid.
Was told that three times as they continued to contact me repeatedly.
Finally they offered to "match any price."
I am happy with where I'm buying from, but send them the quote.
Then, they asked for the actual quote I'm working from currently, but that didn't satisfy them.
They then asked, and initially I wanted to refuse and wash my hands of them, for the materials and kind of lighting.
I was up front and told them I knew what they were doing, fishing for excuses to go back on their "guarantee to match any price" and told them I would be posting reviews regarding this company BEFORE I got their refusal to honor.
Because I knew this was coming.
I also told them their "product" was inferior to what I was already buying, and their material was not better.
I sent the info requested.
I got this in return.

So yes, they at least admitted the other products and quotes were better materials and yes - dishonestly refused to honor their word.
They are also importing these from India and China - so they will take forever (well over two months) to get here if you are lucky.
Add to that the high chance they will be stopped in customs and taxes and tariffs added you will have to pay for and...
Just stay away, literally EVERY company I got quotes from online and on Amazon (I contacted sellers directly) were superior.”
