As soon as it arrived I emailed regarding the missing items & then they offered me a refund & I said I prefer to just get what I ordered instead of a refund, after a week of trying to get in touch to follow up I got a reply saying we have refunded you & also will be sending the two hardwares.

I ordered a custom "Cheers!" neon sign from NeonChamp for my home bar and it looks amazing. The craftsmanship is top notch and it came super well packaged with everything I needed to hang it.
