I ordered a sign for my wife's business, it got delivered as promised. Upon arrival we noticed the transformer was faulty. Notified customer service, they promptly responded with a new transformer for no charge and the sign looks beautiful hanging in her greenhouse. Thank you! We will be repeat customers if we ever need another customized LED sign.

10/10. Order this custom sign for our business, quality and craftsmanship was great, especially for the price! Very few imperfections which were cleaned easily. Shipping was fast, delivered to NB, Canada for free. Highly recommend NeonChamp for their service!

The customer service is great the only thing they need to work on is having more staff or someone to be able to answer the phones and to be able to pay for orders or custom orders online rather than through an invoice..Have the invoice through the website and be able to pay through there..Overall great company and great products

When I received no tracking information after 2 weeks, I called customer service on April 29th and they told me it was supposed to arrive on May 6th.
