I had a great experience having a custom LED neon sign made as a gift with neonchamp.ca (ordering from Canada). Their communication was friendly and
clear, their prices are extremely reasonable and they got the custom sign made and delivered in time for Christmas, even though the order was not completed until Dec 3, and it was made in India! The sign was quite large - 70 inches long, and was exactly as ordered, and very well packaged for shipping. Unlike the last sign company I dealt with, they also haven’t harassed me with unsolicited marketing emails. My only suggestion was that when I placed the order, there was no automated email acknowledging it, which I recommend be implemented. Thank you to everyone involved in making all this happen and for your great service! The family member I gave it to was blown away - it looks awesome! 🌟
