They sent me someone else’s sign… I have no idea what became of the one they made for me. It ruined A Christmas surprise. I notified them… let’s see if they even respond.. I what or who this sign was designed for… not me. I’m sure whoever ordered the sign I got is just as cheesed off. So FIX IT!!! NOW!!

Ordered on 4th December to allow plenty of time to be here for Christmas. 20 days later I'm still waiting. The website makes out the company is UK based with phone number and address, not in India. I've spoke to several different people who were not at all helpful- just fobbing me off telling me what I want to hear. Obviously I can't comment on the actual product as I don't have it. I definitely won't use this company again, nor will I be recommending it to family and friends. Really disappointed!

Ordered a sign for my son for Christmas because the website said it would be here in time. Production hadn’t started by the estimated delivery date and now the sign isn’t supposed to arrive until 8 days after Christmas

Ordered on 12/7, was told it would be in hand by 12/18. Today is 12/21 and still in India. Customer service phone number doesn’t go to that company, and guy on the other end could care less about me or the products that I ordered. Save yourself the trouble and order from an Etsy company that makes them in the US, wish I would have.

Shipping was timely. Ordering was easy. The lights are amazing!! Would 110% order fromt them again. I only opened one out of the 3 so far. I wanted see how well they were packaged and make sure they weren't broke. It's top notch packaging. You should not have to worry about them being broke in transit unless they run over it with a truck.

We haven't received our order yet but their service is exemplary. They kept us informed of the progress of our order and responded to our inquiries quickly. Sending us a video when the sign went into the testing phase was really nice and unexpected. Although we probably won't get our sign in time for Christmas we now have the video to show our daughter and son in law. Based on our experience so far we highly recommend Neonchamp. I have to say I'm super impressed with NeonChamp. I was skeptical as they were a lot cheaper than others but I decided to give it a go. I'm pleased i did. I got a great size sign for a good price. The customer service has been great and the nicest touch is they send you a video and pic of it working prior to shipping. Shipping was only 2 days later than scheduled and as it's Christmas time I think that's acceptable. I had a slight issue in that the silicone from the dot on my i was missing on arrival but after a quick email they have fed exed the part to me. No issue, no drama. The only gripe I'd say is like a few others have commented that the UK plugs supplied aren't of great quality and do not fit right into my plug sockets. I'm worried about electrics so have just brought a new UK safety compliant adaptor just for peace of mind. Overall, I'd happily shop here again and recommend to friends no questions asked.

Good bits: The product itself looks great in person, and for the most part seems well made. The acrylic board is nice and thick so doesn't feel flimsy. This is going to make a great addition to my kids playroom. Sending pictures and videos of the item in working order prior to shipping was a really nice touch, and very much appreciated. The bad bits: The expected delivery dates are simply made up - the products ship from India but this isn't particularly transparent on the website. I only had to wait an extra 4 days and well ahead of when I needed them, but still disappointing. (UK ONLY) The 3-pin plug connected to the power supply is of horrible quality, with poor pin alignment and thickness, resulting in a poor seat in a standard UK 3 pin socket - I could hear buzzing from mine and had an interrmitent connection issue. That's pretty scary for an electrical product. Would recommend anybody in the UK do what I've done...upon receipt, cut the plug off and wire on a replacement that is BS marked. Now that I've done so these work perfectly. If it was only the delivery issue this would be a 4 star review, but I can't do that in good conscience with the issues with the plug. I'd use the company again because the product is good, and cheaper than others on the market, but buyer beware of the above issues.

Sign looks even more better in person. Well made. Made impressive gift. Takes some time to get to you, so plan out ordering in advance to make sure it gets to you in time if gifting someone, but definitely worth the wait. Packaged securely and arrived in mint condition.

Already over a week late from the expected time of delivery. Didn’t know that this was NOT produced in the US and was made and shipped from India. FedEx transit is delayed and still waiting for the package to arrive 3 weeks later with no expected delivery date. Because of this, I will not be ordering from them again.

I was very satisfied with the communication from the team. I was updated frequently on the progress and being sent and email prior to shipping to give a preview I thought was a nice touch. I will be recommending this company to anyone looking to purchase a neon sign.

Can someone please respond to me? I have emailed, sent a Facebook message and tried calling. I paid for my order and have not received an order confirmation. I have called and a representative advised there was no order placed and that I need to pay again which I am not doing. The money has cleared out of my account. Give me my money back
