The light looks good when lit and will work for it's purpose. We just wish it was cleaner, the glue was not properly cleaned and is visable and we wish wires were hidden better. Not sure if this will be a fire hazard down the road. See attached pictures. Would have given 5 stars. We also thought your compny was out of Lawrenceville, Ga. you're in India.

Ordered a neon light, took a while to come in but understand that. Mounted and plugged it in to learn it wouldn't come on. Troubleshooting pointed to the power box (plug) contacted them by phone and chat from the website only to be told I have to send an email. After emailing, the response was to basically troubleshoot it on video ensuring all comments could be seen, changing batteries, etc... the power box itself has a light on it that shows if there is power, did not come on. I decided to just buy a $20 power box to replace the one that came with it. Light works good, customer service sucks.

The light functions just fine, great brightness and illuminance however the tropical green color is not a digital photo realistic representation of the actual color. That particular color looks more teal blue then green online however in reality it is a flat true green color. I would advise if your looking to purchasing that color thinking it will look teal, do not buy that color.

Good bits: The product itself looks great in person, and for the most part seems well made. The acrylic board is nice and thick so doesn't feel flimsy. This is going to make a great addition to my kids playroom. Sending pictures and videos of the item in working order prior to shipping was a really nice touch, and very much appreciated. The bad bits: The expected delivery dates are simply made up - the products ship from India but this isn't particularly transparent on the website. I only had to wait an extra 4 days and well ahead of when I needed them, but still disappointing. (UK ONLY) The 3-pin plug connected to the power supply is of horrible quality, with poor pin alignment and thickness, resulting in a poor seat in a standard UK 3 pin socket - I could hear buzzing from mine and had an interrmitent connection issue. That's pretty scary for an electrical product. Would recommend anybody in the UK do what I've done...upon receipt, cut the plug off and wire on a replacement that is BS marked. Now that I've done so these work perfectly. If it was only the delivery issue this would be a 4 star review, but I can't do that in good conscience with the issues with the plug. I'd use the company again because the product is good, and cheaper than others on the market, but buyer beware of the above issues.

The power supply that was provided with the sign caught on fire when I plugged it in. They did send a new one. The sign itself was very impressive and well made.

The team here has been great, however my sign is stuck in transient. This is a special sign for us to launch our holiday activation. I've gotten no where with FEDEX. Very unfortunate as we were very excited to have this neon sign for our holiday activation

It is hard to rate NeonChamp. I enjoyed the customization screens to create what I wanted, and I believed the price was fair. But, after I made my purchase, I did not receive a confirming email, and I have not idea when my purchase will arrive. Instead, the first and only email sent to me from NeonChamp was this automated request for a review.

I ordered a custom neon sign and paid the extra $30 to have it “cut to letter.” The sign I was sent was the default “cut around acrylic” design which I didn’t order because the sign was going on a matte wall and I didn’t want any extra acrylic to create glare. The customer support was abysmal and basically refused to admit that they screwed up the order. I was at least able to get my $30 back, but I would’ve preferred the sign that I ordered.

My neon signs turned out okay for the price, but the wiring provided did not work. I had 2 sets of everything so it was extremely easy to assess what wasn't working and inform them of what part I needed. They refused to help me without sending a "video to investigate" of the sign that wouldn't turn on. I was unable to do that so had to spend over a week calling and emailing and begging them to send me the missing piece and getting patronized and belittled by their extremely rude customer service rep. They were refusing to send it until my father called and spoke to them "man to man" to tell them the exact same thing I was telling them and they finally aggreed to send the one adapter that hadn't worked for over a week. I had no signage for my grand opening due to misogyny and ignorance and I would NOT recommend them due to this.
