I ordered a custom neon sign and paid the extra $30 to have it “cut to letter.” The sign I was sent was the default “cut around acrylic” design which I didn’t order because the sign was going on a matte wall and I didn’t want any extra acrylic to create glare.
The customer support was abysmal and basically refused to admit that they screwed up the order. I was at least able to get my $30 back, but I would’ve preferred the sign that I ordered.
