Ordered a neon light, took a while to come in but understand that. Mounted and plugged it in to learn it wouldn't come on. Troubleshooting pointed to the power box (plug) contacted them by phone and chat from the website only to be told I have to send an email. After emailing, the response was to basically troubleshoot it on video ensuring all comments could be seen, changing batteries, etc... the power box itself has a light on it that shows if there is power, did not come on. I decided to just buy a $20 power box to replace the one that came with it. Light works good, customer service sucks.
