Easily the best bang for your buck, quality was great and so was the color. The sign was super bright and honestly couldn't have been happier with how it came out.

Absolutely PERFECT neon for my new shop! I was sort of on the fence and nervous about ordering online because I wasn't sure this would be a real company, BUT IT IS!!! Not only did they support me through the entire process, but they were easy to communicate with, sent me updates (including photos of my piece they were creating) and it came packaged with the UTMOST of protection -- they even sent the hardware in a seperate box so as not to damage the neon. I absolutely love my neon and will order from them again in the future!

Great quality! Everything was really easy and the final product was great. It arrived with a few very very minor scratches, but I think that was just from shipping. Gave 4 stars because it did take about a month to get, which was just kind of a long time.

It took a while before we finally decided to get a promotional neon sign. I searched for quite a while, and we considered various technologies and pricing. These are generally quite expensive and since our project is a startup, pricing is even more important to us. And since we have a creative project, the sign had to live up to who we are. We decided to try NeonChamp because of the low price and the flexibility of the overall process. Of course we read all the bad experiences from others, but, in our evaluation, we always look at all aspects and place all elements in the equation. Some elements may be more important for one and less for another. After considering all elements, we thought it was ok to take a chance with Neonchamp. First, our design had to be made custom, and I was not even sure they could do it, but, within quite a short time, I got a sample which was quite acceptable to us. And not that much of a price difference. Also, they had sent a coupon code many days prior to our purchase, but the vendor was nice enough to apply it to our order, even though it was past the coupon time. Actually, we thought the custom design would cost a lot more, not at all, we were quite surprised. Then, we realized that we needed the sign fast because we have a show and having the sign would make a big difference, I was not necessarily promised that we would get it on time but they said they would go for it. So they put a rush on the order. And guess what, we received the order today ! One month before our show ! I was totally sure it would not be possible. Now the product ? Well, yes it is not like the glass neon quality this is for sure, but once lighted it rocks, we are very happy with it. It totally works for our purpose and budget. It contains several colors because of the design and the design is quite well represented (it is our logo). The power supply is an overkill, it will never heat up this is for sure, I am totally safe with it. The small controller works perfectly, but you do not absolutely need it. There is a tiny little bit of cleaning to do on the sign, but seriously, they really pulled it off for us to get it so fast, how can I complain about anything. So, I am sorry for people who had bad experiences, but honestly I might get a second sign made with different fonts for other occasions. They deserved our business.

The price was amazing, and the sign arrived exactly as I ordered and faster than quoted. I would definitely order from again, and I actually have another sign I plan to order from them. All the hardware provided worked for the install, and I knew there would be 2 power cords from researching ahead of time signs of that size (it's 7 1/2 ft long), but it was a great experience.

I ordered from NeonChamp thinking this item would be delivered within 5-7 business days as stated on their site. It was not. I got the run around for a week and a half, so I tried to cancel the order after they told me they had NO timeline on when my item would be shipped. Customer service ignorned me, and then I got a random shipping email days later. I placed my ordered on the 29th of March, it's now April 13th and tracking says this item is in INDIA.. I am in the US. There is no way I will get my item before my event on April 27th. I'm really dissappointed in this company and will not be ordering from them again. 2 stars becasue maybe I will get my item.. maybe I wont at all - who knows.

Neonchamp has been the best in customer service before receiving my product they have sent over a picture as well as a video showing how the product works, along with how the product was shipped. They also reached out to make sure if anything does come damaged to feel free to contact them and they will resolve it right away. We are beyond amazed with the customer service. I would definitely recommend this company.

The light looks good when lit and will work for it's purpose. We just wish it was cleaner, the glue was not properly cleaned and is visable and we wish wires were hidden better. Not sure if this will be a fire hazard down the road. See attached pictures. Would have given 5 stars. We also thought your compny was out of Lawrenceville, Ga. you're in India.

my order was placed on March 6th 2024 .. its now April 3rd and haven't received but I did have to reach out towards the end of March 27th received the tracking number the 28th its April 2nd still not here says 10 days in there website

Technically I can't even be giving 1 star as I still have not received my product. Ordered on 11.03.24, and the status of my order has not changed since. Contacted customer support on 2 occasions for an update and I am going round in circles! I don't mind waiting for a product if I know roughly how long to wait but at the moment, I have paid for an item that no one seems to know where it is...
