“We love our sign but I do have to say the packaging was not it..the brown paper that is was wrapped in made the sign so dirty and dusty had a hard time getting all of cleaned off and tape was stuck to the sign which took me forever to get the sticky off..also there was a small scratch on the bottom of the sign..We are happy with it regardless though.”

“Let us start with the positives. I gave my order to my friend as a gift and he absolutely loved it. He shared a video on Facebook and it received a lot of praise, so thank you for your excellment craftsmanship. The way it was packaged to ship from India to get to my home in Virginia could not have been wrapped any safer unless it came in a metal container. It took me quite a while to get to the actual sign because of all the layers of packaging. Great job.
So let us discuss what happened after the purchase. It clearly stated in the email and on the website that it would be shipped in 4-5 days. I purchased it on April 18th. When I received no tracking information after 2 weeks, I called customer service on April 29th and they told me it was supposed to arrive on May 6th. Not only did it not arrive then, it was not shipped until May 13th, almost a month after purchase. I had called up a second time before it was shipped to ask why it was not sent out yet, and I received no answers. The website is also misleading, with calling yourselves NeonChamp, USA, you would think you are from the United States. The first time I realized your company was based in India was the email I received on May 13th saying it was being shipped. So, in a nutshell, buying on April 18th for a shipment to go out in 4-5 days, for a gift that I needed on May 4th is reasonable to surmise that I would have my gift in time, right? I am quite happy with the end product because my friend is happy, but being misled by your company is not good customer service. I am giving you a 4 out of 5 because of the product which probably deserves a 5 out of 5, but the customer service and misleading marketing would be a 1 out of 5. You guys need to do better by your customers. Another friend saw the video my friend posted with your sign and she wanted one too, but I had to tell her the truth about the customer service. I gave her your website though and left the decision for her to make.”

“I had complained that this company sent my someone else's sign. It did ruin Christmas--- and I wondered whether they would do anything in response? Well--
They responded, and made me another sign and sent it to me at no additional cost. The corrected sign was exactly as represented--and the packaging was extremely sturdy, which is good because it came all the way from India, where it was custom made.
I still took off 1 star because they are more "optimistic" about delivery timing. I barely got the incorrect sign by Christmas. (And it WAS the wrong sign...)
The replacement sign took another 3+ weeks. Still, they did correct their mistake with absolutely no question once they realized what had happened. So they should replace my single star with this revised review. Thanks for your help.”

“Very happy with the end product. It took some back and forth to get it right but the people I talked to were always good and responsive. A slight negative--with almost every communication I talked to a different person, which could get confusing. Also, whoever was doing their mockups was not the best designer: not the best attention to detail, and I had to keep pointing out how the mockup did not match the logo I sent them. However, their prices were the best of all the companies I called, and for a little extra direction on my part, it was worth it. I would highly recommend NeonChamp.”

“Easy to order, easy navigation and online support, very good product options to choose from. Product arrived quickly - sooner than quoted and during Christmas rush. It came in two packages (1. Sign; 2. Power), but in one delivery. Both boxes were very well packaged and taped. It took a bit of time and effort to remove many staples from sign box. Would suggest a more user friendly way to package.
The product was exactly as ordered and it worked as advertised. This was a gift and everyone was impressed with it. Hoping it will last and bring enjoyment for a long time. Well done!”
