“Easy to order, easy navigation and online support, very good product options to choose from. Product arrived quickly - sooner than quoted and during Christmas rush. It came in two packages (1. Sign; 2. Power), but in one delivery. Both boxes were very well packaged and taped. It took a bit of time and effort to remove many staples from sign box. Would suggest a more user friendly way to package. The product was exactly as ordered and it worked as advertised. This was a gift and everyone was impressed with it. Hoping it will last and bring enjoyment for a long time. Well done!”

“Great company- seems to be a small company which I appreciate. They sent a video of the product before shipped which I thought was a great touch. My one complaint is the color I selected was tropical blue and on the website it looks blue but in fact it is quite green. Should be called tropical green. I asked to see if they could make the color more blue (which I don’t even know if it’s possible without remaking) but they said that’s the color I ordered. A bit of a bummer to get a different color than expected but overall great product and high quality.”

“Love my sign but, it had one thing wrong with it. The holes were too small and were not big enough to put the screws in the hangers. I had to drill out the holes and make them larger.”

“Product arrived well packed and I am very satisfied. I have purchased 5 (five) signs from them. Their customer service reps actually answer the phone and are very helpful.”

“The product looked amazing and turned out how the reference was. The only issue was that when it arrived the item only flashes and does not go into the solid light option. I am still waiting on support to find a fix for the issue.”

“Absolutely LOVE my sign that I purchased for my business. Would have been 5 stars, but there were a couple things that kept it from it...1. The cord is black, would look aesthetically better in either clear or white. 2. The power supply cord does not fit snuggly so it keeps coming out. Other than those minor issues everything is great.”
