Apparently my order was canceled and I was never even sent an email letting me
know I needed to resubmit. Had I not logged in to check status I would have never known. When asking why I wasn’t notified with an email. Customer service said they did not have the “facility” to do so…whatever that means. Bummer. Was looking forward to order.
