Customer service was great! I would recommend Carson! Once you have your verbage and font picked out, you get a design sent to you for approval. I got my sign in about a week!

Okay... I was honestly quite skeptical about this outfit. I had read a BUNCH of bad reviews about terrible experiences so I went in expecting the worst. But they are by far the cheapest game around... sooo.. I gave them a shot. Lo and behold, I'm quite happy with my neon sign! I started with a design that was a bit intricate and a bit too large for what I needed and had some sticker shock at the first price. But they were still cheaper than anywhere else going off those same specs. Cautious, I reached out to see if I could get them down to a sane price and they asked me what my budget was and they came back with something close. Meanwhile, I sent them a simpler design and asked for a smaller size, still, gave them a new price that I was aiming for and they came in under the new price! (My timing might have been really good because there was a site-wide discount the day I was negotiating. They gave me a discount code but it was for some random minor holiday so I get the impression that they have deals all the time.) The point is, that they will work with you to make it work within your expectations. They gave me a good deal for a sign that was MUCH more reasonable than the first quote they sent me. The outfit is in India, so if you think you're getting something made in your country, you're not (unless you're in India). A few days after I submitted the payment, I was starting to worry because my sign was in "Production" for a number of days so I contacted support. A human picked up and said they'd expedite my order. A couple of days after that, I received a cool video showing my sign working perfectly at the shop in India. So cool to see that! Then they packaged it up (really well packaged, actually!) and sent it via FedEx for free... and I watched the tracking for the following few days as it made its way from India to the US to my door. Crazy times we live in. Long story short, my experience was VERY positive. I love the sign and I'd give these guys a shot. Price: 5 stars Quality: 4 stars Support: 5 stars They exceeded my expectations by quite a bit vs the bad reviews. Maybe I got lucky, but for me, it was worth the risk because of the ultimate price they gave me. [This is an honest review. I wasn't paid for this and I'm not associated with the company in any way. I did click on their "leave a review" link from an email but they sent that email even before I got my sign and I wanted to wait to see how it all turned out.]

We ordered the sign for a Birthday gift. The product took a while to ship, but it was coming from far away and once we got it, we were very happy. This is a great item, it came as described and as we ordered it with some specifics and all were met. Overall a great experience and a job well done.

Ordered a custom LED "neon" sign, 2 feet x 2 feet. It was a gift for my son and it came out looking fantastic. At first they seemed a little pushy caling me to get me to place an order but they worked with me to make multiple changes by email until it was just right. It arrived faster than expected, was extremely well packaged and in great shape. My son loved the sign. Would definitely order from them again if the need arises.

the only reason I'm leaving one star is because I couldn't not leave zero. This company gave me a "guaranteed" arrival date but because my schedule changed, I reached out for a status update, just incase it might arrive earlier. I was told it would be here by the end of the week. It was not. when i tried to get further information about why this happened, i got the worst customer service and they refused to let me speak to a supervisor. they sent me an email "cc-ing" the supervisor to reach out, never happened. i chatted again, got the same. then I get an email with the video of my sign and i ask wtf. they tried to cancel my order since i wasn't happy. no i wanted a partial refund since their info on the "end of the week" date didn't happen, i had to purchase a temporary sign at a last-minute price, which could have been avoided had they not given me that "end of the week" date. I ask several times for this, they finally agreed to a partial refund (which did not cover the last min cost of the other sign but i was real tired of dealing with them). this was 5 days after the video of my sign being made and working and i still had not recieved any kind of shipping notification, which i have asked for 3 times as of right now and have not heard anything. worst customer service ever. do not recommend. go to neonsignsnow.com instead. very comparable prices, way better customer service and actually received everything 2 weeks earlier than they guaranteed.

I have not had a good experience with Neon Champ. My sign took much longer to be delivered than I was told. When it arrived, the power adapter and remote/rf adapter did not work. Through testing with other power adapters I had on hand (that make the sing work), I knew that the power adapter was certainly to blame but that the remote and RF adapter also were likely faulty. I was still required to do a video after having sent photos. They did send me a power adapter that arrived around a week later. The new power adapter did work, but the remote and RF adapter still were not working. After letting them know that it was still not working, I was told to make ANOTHER video for proof. After sending that, they told me to go to the store to get a new battery to test, even though I knew it was not the battery. After getting a new battery tonight, it still did not work. I am now waiting on hearing back about the next hoops I will have to jump through in order to receive what I paid for. At this point, I am 6 weeks after placing my order that I was told would be to me in 2-3 weeks. I have had a project for our business on hold because of the extensive delays. I will update this review and score if they follow through and fix it to my satisfaction, but right now, I am not able to recommend the company.

Ordered a neon light, took a while to come in but understand that. Mounted and plugged it in to learn it wouldn't come on. Troubleshooting pointed to the power box (plug) contacted them by phone and chat from the website only to be told I have to send an email. After emailing, the response was to basically troubleshoot it on video ensuring all comments could be seen, changing batteries, etc... the power box itself has a light on it that shows if there is power, did not come on. I decided to just buy a $20 power box to replace the one that came with it. Light works good, customer service sucks.

Well they don't tell you it takes a week or 2 to produce... I am now 6 days into the "Free 5-7 day" shipping that is after the production and it is stuck in India somewhere where they make them. We will see if it arrives.

The customer service is great they immediately get back to you and assist with any concerns you have!!! The sign was pretty awesome I love it! The price was affordable which was a plus! More affordable than alot of other neon sites I've browsed online!! I'm impressed will Def order more and I recommend!!

The products this business makes are of excellent quality! I love the remote control; the sign comes with a variety of settings, it's easy to install even if you don't order the mounting kit, and the cord is as invisible as it could be. The packaging was done with utmost care, and considering it was made from scratch, it arrived in a very timely manner. Even though it is LED (which, in the end is more durable and longer-lasting) it truly glows like neon. You could fool any one. Very pleased with the product and would definitely order again.
