I encountered an issue with my neon sign less than a year after purchase in which it stopped lighting up altogether. I reached out to NeonChamp for assistance and they walked me through troubleshooting, including sending them a video of what was (or wasn't) happening. After going back and forth through the steps via email, they determined it was the power supply itself and shipped a new one out. Very happy that the sign is back up and working again.
