I ordered on 5th sept and I paid with my card and it said it was unsuccessful. I then used PayPal with same card details and it went through. I noticed the following day both payments went out. I have been told on online chat 2 times that someone will reply to my emails within 24hours and I’m still waiting to hear anything. Apparently it’s been sent to the ‘concerns team’ 5 days ago. Terrible customer service
