At first I would’ve given this place five stars. They did great on the art and it looked exactly like I wanted. Unfortunately I’m about six months in and the light stopped working. I’m sure it’s an easy fix but unfortunately every time I call customer service they transferred me to a voicemail box. They say 24 hours Customer Service but it’s outsourced and nobody that picks up knows how to help me. I’ve emailed at least 10 times and have not gotten any response from anybody on the team. Highly disappointed they’re supposed to be a warranty on this but I can’t get a hold of anybody to help me out. If neon champ sees this please call me at 813-382-2637
