I ordered last year & received my light I loved it, but it arrived without the sign hanging kit & wall mount one hardware included free & I paid for the other hardware. As soon as it arrived I emailed regarding the missing items & then they offered me a refund & I said I prefer to just get what I ordered instead of a refund, after a week of trying to get in touch to follow up I got a reply saying we have refunded you & also will be sending the two hardwares. It’s now February & I followed up again to where my hardware was & I received “we refunded you” I then responded a screenshot of the email in December stating the hardware was going to be sent to me. I am now not receiving any responses from this company. They’re difficult to get ahold of, they clearly do not care about their paying customers or rectifying issues. I’m so disappointed. This experience has been horrible & I wouldn’t recommend this company.
