Would never use this company again. I ordered my led sign for my wedding & the wall mount kit was free with the sign & I paid extra for the hanging kit. When received I didn’t get either hardware so I emailed after waiting days for a response I got told it was going to be refunded & sent out as good faith so my experience started to get better but now it’s been 3 months I’ve reached out again only to be told I wasn’t getting it as I was refunded & then I was told I was going to get it then I was told I wasn’t Absolute disgusting customer service, would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not worth the back & fourth to get what I actually had ordered!!!
