Get dopa has been a complete surprise. From about day 2, I felt more focused with a general sense that I could hear my usual procrastination self-talk but it seemed to be much more muted. In fact, a wash of calm descended on my emotional dysregulation. I feel calm, regulated and clear in my head. This product has been fantastic and is allowing me to put into place some helpful practices. I am so very grateful.
