I love this machine! This is my third machine, and my favorite. It's a tank, but a beautiful one. It looks great on my kitchen island, and pulls shots consistently without missing a beat. The steam power is incredible, and it heats a pitcher of milk in just a few seconds. I did A LOT of research prior to purchasing the Izzo Vivi PID, and after having had it for nearly a month, I'm definitely glad I did!!
