John was amazing. From the first visit, our dog Flash was comfortable and trusted John. While we were away, we got regular photos and updates, which made our day, and we felt relaxed knowing how well all the pets were being looked after. We came home to a clean and tidy house and very happy dog. We would highly recommend John and have already booked him for our next holiday
