This is mostly due to there being fewer house sit jobs advertised on Happy House Sitters. One of the key differences is the lack of reviews that are shown on Happy House Sitters - this is a crucial piece that is a huge benefit to home owners and an advantage to house sitters if they have a number of consistently positive reviews. Thanks for your review. However, you can do both of the functions you are complaining about.
1. The save search function is in the search bar
2. You can receive emails about new sits under "notifications" in your account. You just need to set it up.

I find their page very easy to use, it was reasonably easy to sign up, although there are protections for the home owners so that people applying are unable to supply fake references. In the timel have been with HHS l have had one lovely family where we look after their gorgeous little dog and hard case cat. We are very happy to look after this family's house and animals almost exclusively, so all in all, great experience with Happy House Sitters.”
