“The website is a little difficult for an old bloke to learn, but I got plenty of help from you,comparing two housesitters sites,yours and another, we found your house owners were less likely to reply.and did not get a sit with yours, two good sits with the other. The other sends a list of home owners wanting sitters everyday, found that very useful.

“I have not been able to secure a suitable housesit.
The main reason I believe the way the website is set up.
When you are applying for a job you come to there is the applications close at a certain date statement. This does not help when applying for different jobs with others”
“We were about to start a housesit when we discovered that we had a bonus live in the house with us. This was not discussed with us beforehand. So we cancelled and asked Happy House Sitters to take the confirmed housesit out of our account. No, they can't do that, we have to get in contact with the house owner. Thank you..
Also there are no verification processes when you create an account so that we have received a nasty spam a few weeks ago, which again I wrote to Happy House Sitters and did not get an answer. Next day the spam came again and I wrote again and got an answer back that there are now measures in place to avoid being spamed. I still can't see any verification processes. Can't recommend.”
“We've found the website clear and our pet sitting has been very successful, allowing us to meet very nice people and animals. Only problem I've had is getting rid of my search selection when I'd like to receive offers other than Tassie which I searched on two years ago! It's probably my lack of technical knowledge!”

“Just to let you know your website is very poorly done. It is impossible to search housesits in an area and I have to resort to map view. This is not helpful as I have to look at everything. Maybe you should check out how other websites are set up or try to find a housesit in an area and you will see how hard it is using your website. I also have had a poor experience with responses in no owners replying. I contacted you after not receiving responses to 6 applications and was told not all owners respond but my message was showing unread in the system. Also the Notifications for housesits are not in date order, which is unhelpful. I will not be renewing my subscription this year.”
“Happy House Sitters is good, but lacks the functionality of other housesitting platforms. My main concerns are that sitters cannot review home owners, and there are no penalties for home owners who do not respond to inquiries. The search function is also glitchy making it a bit harder than other sites to use.”
