“We were about to start a housesit when we discovered that we had a bonus live in the house with us. This was not discussed with us beforehand. So we cancelled and asked Happy House Sitters to take the confirmed housesit out of our account. No, they can't do that, we have to get in contact with the house owner. Thank you.. Also there are no verification processes when you create an account so that we have received a nasty spam a few weeks ago, which again I wrote to Happy House Sitters and did not get an answer. Next day the spam came again and I wrote again and got an answer back that there are now measures in place to avoid being spamed. I still can't see any verification processes. Can't recommend.”

Thanks for your review. However, you can do both of the functions you are complaining about. 1. The save search function is in the search bar 2. You can receive emails about new sits under "notifications" in your account. You just need to set it up. Should you be unsure of any functions in the future please feel free to call or email us and we will be happy to explain, rather than posting a negative review and unnecessarily damaging our little business. “Hi there, I've had issues centralizing images on my profile. I notice this on a lot of accounts. I've had a request in for a number of weeks to get assistance but haven't heard anything since initial contact including after following up. Website needs a lot of updating to make user friendly.”

“The website is clunky. Membership x quarterly rate is expensive. I have found a cheaper site that is easier to navigate and has more available sits”
