I have used park tools both professionally and professionally for over two decades. I know the quality control isn’t what it used to be, but this is ridiculous. The press showed up without handles (also not present in the box) and it was sealed from the factory. Second star because the tool seems otherwise ok, but not sure if I should trust the tolerances if they forget to install or include the handles.
