I ordered the three panel Wine Barrel Canvas Art a month or two ago. It arrived in a timely manner and I opened them to have a look. One of the panels had a slight crease in the corner and I thought is was from shipping and that it would probably work itself out. I was not ready to hang the art and I put everything back in the boxes. After the painters finished I went to hang the panels and noticed that the crease was still there. I contacted customer service and explained what had happened. Georgina promptly wrote back and apologized for the problem and asked that I send pictures to her. I did and she immediately wrote back again and said they would remake the panels and ship them out ASAP. They arrived in a few days and were perfect and looked better in person than I ever imagined. I wrote and thanked Georgina and told her I would tell all my friends about Elephant Stock and would write a great review. In the days of lack of customer service, it is to nice to deal with a company that truly cares about their customers and their products.
