Excellent quality, and one of the best tasting medicinal mushrooms I've had. I did find I was a little spacy after taking it and ungrounded on a number of occasions, so perhaps not the right one for me. It has active ingredients that pass the blood brain barrier which is amazing for those that need more cognitive support, but perhaps can also be a little to much for those that don't. I felt much more grounded and energetic from the cordyceps personally and so it may suit a male physiology a little better.
