From my first inquiry the service was fast, friendly and helpful. They even sent a link to the recommended size so I could order it so easily. He arrived within a few days and it is a perfect fit with adjustment room for when he changes shape as he grows more. It’s very soft and easy to fit, although my 80 year old mother struggles with the clips with her arthritis but she can’t do buckles either so I think Velcro would be the only fastening she could manage and that would not last as long.
I am really happy with the harness and the service.
