A great recipe, so quick and easy to do. I made a few alterations as I didn't have all the ingredients so used a Cajun spice mix instead of ras el hanout, and had some bulgar wheat with finely chopped veg in the fridge, left over from the day before so used that instead of a pack of mixed grains. I only had a small lemon so used all the juice. Loved the pop of sweetness from the blueberries. It was so simple, but at the same time healthy and nutritious, will definitely do it again. I like that it's versatile and you can stick with the main recipe but adapt depending on what ingredients you have.
