The difference with this antenna to the small indoor mag mount is night and day. I was picking up max range of 100 miles with that. With the 60cm ion a pole in the garden my range is now +250 miles. I’m in north wales and no pick up aircraft over Scotland, the Irish Sea, the South coast and over the east coast. I regularly pick up over 2000 individual aircraft in a 24 hour period. My next move is to get the antenna mounted on the roof of the house for increased coverage. For the price, the quality of the 60cm is exceptional. I highly recommend this as an upgrade to an ADSB tracking system. I also commend the Pi Hut for their fast dispatch, great communication and excellent pricing.
