After been let down by another company before hand, we decided to look else where and we came across Factory Direct Flooring. We found the flooring we liked on their website and I thought I would email them first to make sure it was in stock and I got a reply within 10 mins and the product was in stock and they told me exactly when I could get it delivered. Customer service was spot on, never had to wait longer than a day to get a reply (especially due to the pandemic at the moment) everything was great. Delivery was made on time, driver phoned me 1 hour prior to let me know he was on his way. Nothing to fault at all. The board we ordered is beautiful and finishes off our new house perfectly. Highly recommend!
