First of all, my 3yr cat had no trouble adjusting to this box. I believe Im on box #4. No fuss, no mess, just clean out the poop everyday and stir!!! I have MS & other medical issues and live in an Assisted Living Facility, which has been in quarantine for 2 1/2 weeks so far. So getting out is impossible. One suggestion I have for the company is, until we all get the all clear, could the boxes be bagged or wrapped in plastic? Back to the product, great price, product. If you could send me brochures on the Kitty Poo Club, I would be sure to pass them around to the cat owners here. BTW, My Savannah watches me each month put the box together each month!!!
