We ordered the Aida outside lounge set from White Stores using express delivery, as we wanted it in time for when we had family come to visit and we could sit outside comfortably. Unfortunately when our lounge set arrived, the frame was damaged and broken and so we could not set up the sofa as planned. I emailed White Stores immediately and explained the problem, attaching pictures and a video to show where the frame was broken. I communicated with Millie from the customer service department who was able to sort out the issue straight away and placed an order for a replacement frame. We had to wait two weeks for this to arrive but it was worth it as the sofa set is now set up and looks amazing. Very pleased with my purchase and the great customer service.
