I hesitated to buy it because many reviewers stated it wouldn't fit larger watches and all I have, for the most part, are watches 42mm and larger. But I read every review and others said it fit larger watches just fine. I decided to buy it because I could always send it back. Upon receiving it I looked it over thoroughly and found the stitching to be very well done and straight. The canvas material was of excellent quality and the leather tie was thick and sufficient. I immediately got out my collection of diver watches so I could try them in the canvas watch roll. They are 42mm watches but when measured from one side of the case to the outer edge of the crown they are 44.55mm. I had no trouble fitting them in the provided slot. I decided to try my Fleiger Nav B-Uhr as that one is the largest watch in my collection at 47mm. From the outer edge of the case to the edge of the crown it measures 49.5mm and it also fit. I'm not sure what size watches the other reviewers were trying to fit in the roll but I had no trouble with any of my watches. I would like to address the reviewers who received the Canvas Watch Roll as a free gift and gave it three stars or less because they didn't know what it was. It's not Barton Watch Band's fault you don't know what a watch roll is for so why give the item 3 stars or less because of your ignorance? If you don't know what a watch roll is for you should probably stop wearing watches and use your phone to give you the time.
