I’m planning to come off my birth control IUD in a few months so I’ve started using the Moonbox products to start supporting my hormones in advance. I’ve been able to quit drinking coffee with very little negative side effects other than a few mild headaches the first few days - and I was extremely addicted to coffee before! I replaced my morning and afternoon coffees with Luna’s Gold and Luna’s Beets drinks and Half Moon Tea. It’s all delicious and I don’t crave coffee and I’m sure my adrenals are appreciative!
