I love the newer version of the Bosch universal plus, it’s easier to clean and fits a much smaller footprint on my kitchen counter. I really like the stainless steel products that come with the Bosch. My old Bosch is 30 years old and still going strong and my daughter wanted my old one and she to is making great bread and cookies.
