Having seen this particular Olympus Pen F advertised for sale on the Wilkinson website, I decided to check it out as it was in stock at my local branch here in Liverpool. Although listed on the website as "well used", the camera displayed only light marks, mainly to the baseplate. Was it listed in that way because of a very high shutter count I asked myself? I decided to take the plunge and bought it anyway. I was delighted to find that total shutter actuation came to less than 10% of the mechanism's expected lifetime. Build quality is excellent, the battery holds charge well and all the controls are still clearly marked. All in all I have been delighted by the camera, it didn't come with the original packaging but considering the price I paid, I would argue that this has been one of my better purchases.
