Really lovely cake. It’s quite different and unique in a good way. You can taste both the pistachio and passion fruit without either being overpowering. The texture combination is really nice, with soft, spongy cake and delicious, fresh fruity cream. Perfect for birthdays. The delivery person left it on its side, and the cake remained perfect, so don’t hesitate to order from anywhere in the UK.
