Taking the GGS Pre & Postnatal Certification has been a truly meaningful experience for me. I decided to start this course first and foremost for myself, out of a genuine desire to learn, grow, and follow a passion that has always been close to my heart. What I loved most about this program is how it combines evidence-based knowledge with a deep sense of empathy and understanding for women at every stage of their journey. It gave me not only practical tools, but also a new perspective on movement, wellness, and care. I began this path simply driven by curiosity and passion, but now I can see how it might one day become something more, a way to help others feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies.
