TL;DR Probably the best entry level scooter I've tried. Great for short commutes in chilled rides. Just about gets 5*s Background: - I'm too heavy for the scooter - Bought for short flat commutes, dog excercising & riding along with family - Comparing with GXL, M365, ES2/4/Max Ordering and Delivery: 5*s - Ordered Sunday night, arrived Thursday morning. Easy, quick and tracking info Build Quality: 5*S - Good: Feels well built, easy to put together (just put on handles), nice matte finish, wood board and grip a nice touch. - Bad: Barely anything to mention. If being picky the charge port cap doesn't feel like it'll last long. plastics around the hook that keeps it folds scratches when it's attached to rear foot brake. Computer: 4*s - Good: Nothing special but everything you need:- Clear, easy to navigate, bright, and nice edgeless display. Cruise control a nice feature if fiddly. - Bad: km/h only you - Fluidfreeride make this clear but still mph would have been better. Also the cruise control can be frustrating Ride: 4*s - Good: Quiet motor, smooth throttle, good breaks. Easy to swerve and manoeuvre, good speed for this class. Honeycomb tires do soften shallow bumps. - Bad: Struggled up hill with my weight but that's to be expected. Crossing the road or a tram track is Jarring - miss the front spring of the ES2/4. Battery: 4*s - Good: Got about 5miles out of it, with 1 bar left. Charged to full in about 3hours. Not unlike others in this class - Bad: Performance degraded once I got to 2/5 bars. Top speed was about 5km/h slower on same path. Looks: 5*s - Good: Seriously pretty machine, has a retro feel to it with the wood board. Stands out and different without being showy. - Bad: Nothing Safety: 5*s - Good: Brakes were good, with added rear brake if you're panicking. Front light illuminated the path well, rear light seemed bright and blinks under braking. Indicators are a nice touch, even if I'm not gonna be doing too much turning. - Bad: Nothing yet
