When I got it on right and felt that first hanging/swinging sensation…oh man! Feels like a hand gently tugging you all day. My corkscrew was too big for me and so I cut it like Bruce said and it fits. It feels great. It looks great. Not gonna lie with the corkscrew covered by the sleeve I walk right in amongst guys at the urinal and feel fantastic. Between the innerwear and the corkscrew, my penis and I have never been happier!
