Really impressed, used this on a stubborn carpet stain that has been there for literally years. and as the before and after pictures show, it has gone! Dont need a new carpet now. Really easy to use. Set up was minimal, took only as long as it took for warm water to come out of the hot tap. Really shocked by how dirty the water was when it sucked it back up - but guess in a way thats a good thing! Highly recommend, great results and really easy to use.
