I am really bad at remembering to take Vitamins (ADHD brain means very forgetful) I loved these as the box is cute and not just a tub or bottle. They have fallen out as I didn't close package properly but still stayed in box. They smell lovely minty I found. I haven't taken them long enough to really notice a big difference yet but I feel better just taken them as I feel I'm doing something. I am very unfit and not looking after myself as I could so these are a fantastic start.
