The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick, unfortunately through my own error I ordered the wrong size! I called Remland and they were so incredibly helpful, they were able to rush another piece of flooring out to me so it arrived in time for my fitter (who we had already booked) to lay the flooring. We love the floor, it looks awesome and the customer service is worth FIVE STARS for sure!
