I had been looking for a filled bag that did not break the bank. Titan came up and I ordered it. I was amazed at the quality of the Thai Bag. I use this bag at my Martial Arts school in a community center. The majority of students are kids. This bag is short enough for the young kids and tall enough for the adults. The material is gentle on the skin but strong enough to take full kicks and punches. The bag will swing with spinning back kicks, teeps, front kicks, power round kicks, and flying side kicks. It stays stationary for punching, spinning hooks, crescent, inside kicks, butterfly, and the like. I have only had this for a couple of months, but I am really happy with this bag and I would recommend it.
